You may return eligible items within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items returned after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please note: Sale items, accessories, intimate apparel, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Damaged or defective items
• Incorrect item received
• Unsatisfactory fit or style (regular-priced items only)

If the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

2. Once approved, ship the item back to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
